beautiful small museum with a wonderful
sculpture garden which is well worth visiting.

centre for ceramics. It’s located out of the
town and often missed by visitors.

Ives, the New Millennium frequently stages one
man exhibitions of leading local artists.
St. Ives Museum, St. Ives – Often
missed but a wonderful place with some
fascinating exhibits.
Walks
St. Ives to Zennor – A great walk on
the coastal path, taking in spectacular Atlantic
scenery. Six and a half miles with some fairly
steep hills, but well worth it.
Porthminster to Carbis Bay – A lovely
walk of about three miles with wonderful views
of St. Ives bay.
Porthcurno to Porthchapel –A short
walk from one spectacular beach to another.
Porthchapel is a far less well known than
Porthcurno, and therefore much quieter, but it’s
an equally beautiful beach.
Marazion to St Michael’s Mount – It’s
only a short walk across the causeway which
separates St Michael’s Mount from the mainland,
but make sure the tide is out or you’ll need a
boat to get back!
